Back End developer

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software development.
  • Familiar with Web technologies (RESTFUL API, SOAP, XML, JSON, JavaScript).
  • Strong proficiency server code development language. (e.g Java, Spring Framework, PHP, Python, Golang)
  • Experienced in building and/or using application development framework / component / API.
  • In depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgresql and SQL)
  • Knowledge on various of operating systems (Windows/ Linux) and platforms.
  • Familiar with Git and Jira/Gitlab/Github.
  • Experience with Non-SQL database will be advantage.
  • Experience is developing enterprise application utilising message queue or event based architecture.
  • Experienced in payment integration / cloud computing will be a bonus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in team as well as independently.

  • Develop and test applications and interfaces.
  • Develop Rest API and/or integrate with third party application.
  • Collaborate with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives, design and develop functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
  • Assist and support in the upkeep and maintenance of system.
  • Fix, troubleshoot and solve bugs and issues
  • Propose software programs that are compatible to the future technologies.
  • Communicate with efficiency and accuracy of work progress or delays
